Job Title: Servicenow CMDB Manager

The role requires a skilled and experienced Servicenow administrator to manage the configuration item data within our Servicenow platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on our organization's IT operations.

This role involves managing, tracking, reporting, and enforcing ITSM policies in conjunction with other teams like development, quality assurance, and business analysts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to partner effectively across different departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Servicenow, specifically with configuration items and ITSM services. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture is also required. Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all changes and configurations within the Servicenow platform.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy and policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute changes, ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Monitor and communicate progress to stakeholders.
