Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Excellence Group is an integral role closely involved on providing strategic and financial insights to the Customer Org finance team by analyzing the P&L, topline, Spend and margin trends. The role will involve performing sophisticated financial analysis including deep dives into Bookings, revenue and GTM KPIs, supporting the planning/budgeting process, and performing other ad hoc analyses. This individual should be intellectually curious, is highly analytical and demonstrates the ability to partner and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Build presentation materials and drive strategic analysis that supports recurring and ad-hoc projects that drive results and decision making
  • Contribute to the financial planning process: support annual planning process, long-term strategic planning, and preparation of materials for the QBR
  • Ensure all monthly and quarterly related reporting requirements and submissions to Global Customer & Partner Finance and Corp FP&A are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis, to senior management
  • Perform Headcount analysis, demand and supply analysis of billable capacity.
  • Direct cost analysis [headcount driven] at cost center/business unit level.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related field.
  • Intellectually curious and proficient in complex modeling, working with data sets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
  • An effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational and ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and the SaaS industry,
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Anaplan, BI experience and usage of AI tools to drive efficiencies a plus
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to work toward results,
  • Excellent team player with exceptional work-ethics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
