- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow practice.
- Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and other modules.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Collaborate with sales teams to design proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Capability Building: Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate delivery.
- Team Management: Build and mentor high-performing teams of architects, developers, and consultants.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability of the practice.
- Experience: 10–20 years in IT services, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within ServiceNow.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and scripting.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM) preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global delivery models.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales cycles, client management, and market trends.
