We are looking for a high-caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITSM Pro Technical Consultant to deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM Pro Plus implementation, business process analysis, and technical consulting. Efforts will include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and enablement. The consultant must have deep experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Workflow Data Fabric, and Performance Analytics.
Required Skills:
ServiceNow Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS–ITSM)
- ITSM Professional Suite Certification (includes the following micro-certifications):
- Micro-Certification: Platform Analytics
- Micro-Certification: Predictive Intelligence
- Micro-Certification: Virtual Agent
- Now Assist Implementer Course (for ITSM Pro Plus AI capabilities)
- 5+ years of experience with:
- ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
- Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development
- Business process analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and dashboards
- Strong understanding of:
- Workflow Data Fabric
- Microsoft Teams integration
- Self-service enablement and Virtual Agent design
- Predictive Intelligence model training and tuning
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain credibility as a ServiceNow expert
