ServiceNow Developer Role

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules to enhance IT service management within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that ServiceNow functionality meets business needs.

They will develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other related technologies.

Additionally, they will integrate ServiceNow with other IT management tools and applications to enable seamless data exchange.

Strong technical documentation skills are required for writing and maintaining design, development, testing, and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will participate in the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conducting unit tests and ensuring quality assurance standards are met before deployment is also a key responsibility.

Finally, providing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, addressing issues as they arise, is an essential aspect of this role. Key Skills and Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related web technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification is preferred. Benefits
