We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing IRM solutions, configuring workflows, and supporting integrations on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer (GRC/IRM)

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Rate: Negotiable

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with GRC/IRM modules
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS-GRC is a plus
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) Required
• CIS-GRC (Certified Implementation Specialist GRC) Preferred
• Skilled in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, UI policies, ACLs
• Good knowledge of Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills
