ServiceNow HR Analyst/Developer
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the delivery of projects and system enhancements while representing customer interests.
This position involves managing day-to-day enhancements and fixes, ensuring accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data.
Key responsibilities include research and advising on existing and upcoming ServiceNow capabilities, researching and implementing solutions to incidents and requests, updating standards and procedures documentation as required, coordinating and publishing HR Knowledgebase articles, creating automated test scripts for future upgrade releases, and leveraging thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow
- 2+ year's experience in JavaScript on ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience and/or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
- Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
- Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
