Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with some work-from-home flexibility. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to improve and optimize business workflows. The role involves regular communication with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying and improving Business Processes
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• ITIL Certfication
