We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to deliver on large-scale ITSM implementations as well as migrations to Government Community Cloud (GCC) High environments. Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management service catalog workflows and integrations and possess expertise in depth in ServiceNow CMDB. Efforts will include assessing current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans, and executing in hands-on implementations and migrations.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in ITSM
- ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB.
- Experience in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- Experience working within Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments, and understanding of associated compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus and deep experience on ITSM and integrations.
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
- 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
- Strong experience performing business and technical requirement solicitation and capture, and defining and designing customer processes.
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide scripting
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
- Excellent written communications skills to produce process, requirements and technical design content.
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
- Web Development experience a significant plus
- ITIL®v3 Expert designation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.
