ServiceNow Programmer Analyst

Job Description

We are hiring for a ServiceNow Programmer Analyst with one of our clients based in Quebec.

The selected candidate will have experience in the IT field, including as an administrator and/or configurator on the ServiceNow platform.

They should demonstrate knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on ServiceNow's CSDM framework.

Certifications such as ITIL Foundation v3 or v4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are considered assets.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in using automated testing capabilities offered in the platform and experience in carrying out a project using the agile approach.

Additionally, the resource must undergo the process to obtain a level 1 security clearance from the Ministry of Public Security.

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet customer needs.
• Analyze user requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Create and manage workflows, forms, and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow configuration issues.
• Carry out activities assigned to implement the ITSM module of the ServiceNow product.
