About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ServiceNow Tech Lead – SPM to join our team. This role demands deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and a strong ability to lead solution design, development, and integration efforts.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals, while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions including PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKRs (EAP is a plus).
• Drive CSDM-aligned architecture and ensure platform best practices.
• Develop and customize Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Service Portals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
• Manage and enhance the Service Catalog and core platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
• Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
