Job Title "ServiceNow Expert"
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and leadership abilities to drive change and solutions.
Requirements: Technical Skills:
- Experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
- Excellent understanding of system automation and reporting.
Industry Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the industry (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail).
Leadership Experience:
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified System Administrator (baseline)
- Certified Application Developer (baseline)
- Additional ServiceNow CIS certification (Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, etc.)
- Project Management or Agile certification
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification
Work Environment: This is a 100% onsite position requiring 5 days of work per week at our Woodlawn, MD location.
