Enterprise ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid / Downtown Honolulu, HI Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate developer to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys leading major projects, and is eager to grow with the evolving platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive design decisions and lead major ServiceNow projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform day-to-day development and platform management tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Stay current with platform updates and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Support Agile sprint planning and performance analytics initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ~ Bachelors degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• ~5+ years of experience developing on ITSM platforms.
• ~5+ years of IT application systems experience in technology solution delivery.
• ~3+ years of experience customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• ~ Experience with Agile methodology and performance analytics.
• ~ Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• ~ Passion for continuous learning and platform innovation.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (preferred or within 12 months of hire).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred or within 12 months of hire).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
