ServiceNow Business Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead.
• Work within our agile software development process to design, develop, test, document, and troubleshoot applications.
• Design reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion to learn new technologies and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, web development, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, debugging, unit testing, and troubleshooting.
• High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Bootstrap and passion to learn new technologies.
