ServiceNow Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow QA Specialist to join our IT team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across various ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow's built-in capabilities.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Validate ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring no disruption to existing functionality.
  • Automate test cases using tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) or third-party automation tools.
  • Maintain and improve QA documentation, standards, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows.
  • Experience with ATF, Selenium, or other automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
