ServiceNow SME

The ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for integrating and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs. The SME will leverage their expertise to provide strategic guidance, technical execution, and post-implementation support. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and military environments is preferred, ensuring solutions meet the unique requirements of defense operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and integrate ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are aligned with overall business and technical objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and customer agencies, focusing on ServiceNow best practices and maximization of system capabilities.
• Develop, configure, and customize solutions, ensuring quality delivery and ongoing system improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience integrating and implementing ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply to ServiceNow processes.
• Preferred experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and military operations.
• Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and client representatives.
