ServiceNow Developer Permanent/Full-Time Position This position can sit fully remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin

We are in search of a ServiceNow Developer who is looking to grow their career at an award winning organization and learn from some of the brightest in the field. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

You will also be responsible for:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using agile methodologies and best practices
• Configure and enhance applications using out-of-the-box functionality whenever possible
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, functionality, and security issues
• Stay current with platform updates and incorporate new features
• Maintain documentation for development, deployment, and version control
• Advise on use of existing functionality versus custom development
• Provide effort estimates and help break work into manageable units (features, epics, stories)
• Create prototypes and demos to support solution design
• Recommend and implement platform improvements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, processes, and development standards Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; or 5 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience with application systems or ServiceNow development
• Experience working with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules
• Well-versed in the SDLC lifecycle and end-to-end development
• Scripting proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills What would set you apart?
