Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CMDB and Discovery.
• Configure and customize the CMDB to ensure accurate mapping of IT assets and relationships.
• Set up and manage ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset identification and population into the CMDB.
• Build and enhance Platform Analytics dashboards and reports for better visibility and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver ServiceNow enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
• Maintain system integrity and ensure best practices are followed for upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Create and maintain documentation for all development and configuration work.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow CMDB deep understanding of data models, relationships, and asset lifecycle.
• ServiceNow Discovery Solutions experience configuring MID servers, credentials, and probes.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate for onsite requirements.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) or HRSD is a plus.
• Experience working in banking or highly regulated environments is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
