ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a modern technology company, we strive to bring innovative solutions to our clients and empower them to solve their complex business problems.

This role will focus on leading ServiceNow engagements by proposing, architecting, and delivering SPM solution delivery based on client requirements. The ideal candidate should have domain expertise, be comfortable interacting with non-technical stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Slalom team and clients to understand long-term enterprise goals, design roadmaps, and communicate how ServiceNow's SPM capabilities can meet those goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SPM solutions that meet client needs
• Participate in design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow best practices
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation
• Experience working in client-facing roles in professional services organizations
• Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills
