Job Title: ServiceNow Applications Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance our global ServiceNow platform—the enterprise system of record for IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) functions. About the Role:

The successful candidate will ensure platform stability, performance, and security while driving enhancements and integrations across our global infrastructure.

• Administer and manage ServiceNow upgrades, configurations, and patching to maintain a stable and secure environment.
• Design and implement scalable platform enhancements according to ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs.
• Maintain and monitor MID Servers to ensure high availability and optimal configuration.
• Provide day-to-day operational support across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM).
• Lead integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Ensure compliance with firm-wide security policies and ISO 27001/2 standards.
• Develop dashboards and customized reporting for key stakeholders to inform decision-making. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules).
• 4+ years in IT operations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro to drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks to ensure standardization.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships.
