Senior Enterprise ServiceNow Solution Architect and Technical Lead

Job Description:

This is a 100% on-site position that requires collaboration with customers and stakeholders to utilize ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements. The selected candidate must be willing to work in Woodlawn, MD five days a week. ">

• Key Responsibilities:
• Build roadmaps and provide recommendations for utilizing new technologies and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide assistance to development teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, and 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Contract requirement. Required Skills:
• Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture.
• Certified System Administrator (baseline) and Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• ServiceNow certifications in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management.
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and integrated third-party technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR. Desired Skills:
• Experience with web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Implementing Java scripting for automation across ServiceNow modules.
• REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, External Portals.
• SAML, Active Directory, LDAP knowledge.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, Project Management, Agile Certification, ITILv4 Foundations.
