As a Platform Engineer for Software Asset Management, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting various processes. Your responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring, and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will partner closely with a centralized team to ensure that critical daily, weekly, and monthly processes are executed timely and with quality. Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders around the utilization of our processes will be essential to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.

- Plano, TX: (115,900 - )132,200
- Richmond, VA: (115,900 - )132,200

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day oversight of multiple processes, including monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain formal process documents and document processes and projects.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide input and support execution efforts.
- Deliver customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Meet with key stakeholders to share results and gather requirements.
- Focus on achieving both short and long-term goals, driving execution in a fluid environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with SAMPro.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
- Preferred: Experience with software normalization and reclamation processes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft products.
