As a Senior Platform Engineer for Software Asset Management, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting various processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring, and controlling essential process points as defined by business policies and standards. Collaboration with a centralized team will be key to ensuring that critical daily, weekly, and monthly processes are executed timely and with the utmost quality. You will work to educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders regarding the utilization of these processes, ensuring their effective execution. Additionally, you may lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional initiatives and projects.

This role requires strong communication and influencing skills across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization. You must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail. A willingness to challenge the status quo and adapt to a dynamic environment is essential. You will also need to display strong leadership skills to motivate others in delivering flawless execution and driving process improvement projects.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Minimum Salary: $115,900
  • Maximum Salary: $145,500
  • Performance-based incentive compensation (including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives
  • Maintain formal process documents and document processes/projects
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide input
  • Deliver customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with customer outcomes
  • Meet with key stakeholders to share results and drive changes
  • Display intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience with SAMPro and 2+ years in Agile practices
  • Experience with software normalization and reclamation processes
