Description

As a Platform Engineer for Software Asset Management, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting various processes. Your responsibilities will encompass documenting, monitoring, and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will collaborate closely with a centralized team to ensure the timely and quality execution of critical daily, weekly, and monthly processes. Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders regarding the utilization of our processes is essential to guarantee appropriate execution. Additionally, you may lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Proven leadership experience in process management
