As a Senior Platform Engineer for Software Asset Management, you will manage and support various processes that are vital to our operations. Your responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring, and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will collaborate closely with a centralized team to ensure that essential daily, weekly, and monthly processes are executed with timeliness and quality. Additionally, you will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders regarding the utilization of our processes to ensure consistent and appropriate execution. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.
This role requires effective communication and influence across multiple functional areas, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential for success. Strong leadership skills will be necessary to drive and motivate others towards flawless execution and process improvement projects. Knowledge of data navigation and the development and management of process controls will be key to maintaining a well-managed function.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple processes, monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvement initiatives
- Maintain formal process documents and create project reports, presentations, and business cases
- Participate in cross-functional project teams, providing input and liaising with training
- Offer customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with customer outcomes
- Meet with stakeholders to share results, drive changes, and gather requirements
- Focus on achieving both short and long-term goals in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives
