• Must have:
• Proven experience in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules.
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
• Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize workflows within the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, and customer service workflows.
• Utilize ITOM capabilities for discovery, event management, orchestration, and integration with external systems.
• Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
• Customize the ServiceNow platform through scripting.
• Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
