Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize ITSM workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs.
• Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
• Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
• Customize the ServiceNow platform through scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.).
• Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
• High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented.
• Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
• Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.
