Our team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow design, development and implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise service management (ESM) processes for specific service delivery units (SDU), such as IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and custom applications.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical ServiceNow requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain SDU-specific processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring automation where possible.
- Control and improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance by influencing behavior and driving change.
- Conduct platform audits, report findings, and propose improvements.
- Actively participate in IT and ESM platform-related projects.
- Offer both technical and functional guidance as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements.
- Ensure platform stability, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated service management processes.
- Provide deep technical support, troubleshooting, and platform configuration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure knowledge creation, maintenance, and publication of platform-related processes.
- Review knowledge articles for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and participate in internal change control boards and process audits.
Qualifications:
- More than 7 years of experience as ServiceNow Consultant, Developer or Architect.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
- Familiarity with data management and / or data management tools will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
