Our team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team and help us deliver top-notch service management solutions to our clients. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

• Business Analysis & Process Management

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow design, development, and implementation, as well as experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical requirements.

• Manage enterprise service management (ESM) processes for specific service delivery units (SDU) such as IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and custom applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain SDU-specific processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring automation where possible.
• Conduct platform audits, report findings, and propose improvements.
• Actively participate in IT and ESM platform-related projects.
• Technical Expertise & Platform Support

The successful candidate will be able to customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements, ensure platform stability, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated service management processes.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for knowledge creation, maintenance, and publication of platform-related processes, reviewing knowledge articles for accuracy and completeness, and leading and participating in internal change control boards and process audits.
