Servicenow Developer - (KPV-623)

At Omega CRM Consulting, we are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the growth of our client. Main Responsibilities

• Understand ServiceNow, its community, and services, including the Citizen Approach.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform within the WSD module and APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage incidents and requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve processes.
• Analyze system performance issues, conduct code reviews, and implement security policies.
• Document processes and technical solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts, and facilitate workshops with clients.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and external trends. Experience
• Over 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ITSM, WSD modules, Citizen development, and development tools like Flow Designer and Studio IDE.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Experience in Service Portal development, integrations, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills, with fluent English. What We Offer
