ServiceNow Developer

Omega CRM Consulting seeks a skilled ServiceNow developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and administering the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include customizing applications, workflows, dashboards, and Service Portals, as well as incident and request management, access control implementation (ACLs), platform testing and validation, technical support, performance analysis, and process documentation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.

They will also stay up-to-date with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/XML, and ServiceNow APIs
• Hands-on experience with core modules and custom app development
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and relational databases
• Experience in testing and validating ServiceNow solutions for functionality and performance
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills in English
• Analytical, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
