About the Job: We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) ServiceNow developer to join our team at Convergenz. This is a remote opportunity that requires flexibility to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations for ITAM processes.
• Implement CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, and SAM solutions using ServiceNow.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITAM processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, and SAM concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
