ServiceNow Developer

At Vaiticka Solutions, we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, HAM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
• Build integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
• Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
• Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
• Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB development
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB or Discovery)
• Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Experience with tools like SCCM, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SolarWinds, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's CMDB and be able to implement and maintain its health. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
