We have an opportunity to work in a ServiceNow Developer role in Des Moines, IA. Please find the description below.

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)

Duration: 24 Months+

Interview: Telephonic followed by Video

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with 2 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience Leading a development team and integration initiatives
• ServiceNow SPM Experience not just experience with ServiceNow they need the strategic portfolio management aspect
• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong ServiceNow scripting experience
• Deep familiarity with SPM modules especially Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Demonstrated experience building flows, APIs, and integrations (especially with Jira or similar systems)
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and custom component development with experience in ServiceNow configurations.

PLUSSES:

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, SPM
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Agile 2.0
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics
• Familiarity with Atlassian products
• Experience in the Strategic Planning and/or Standard Reporting

DAY TO DAY:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex strategic planning and EDAP requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom workflows, record producers, and catalog items within the ServiceNow SPM suite to align with evolving business needs.
• Oversee and support key integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, including Jira and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless cross-functional data flow and process alignment.
• Guide the enhancement of core SPM modules (Demand and Project) through expert-level scripting and configuration, driving platform adaptability and usability.
• Champion platform optimization through performance tuning, standard reporting, and analytics, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
