As a key figure in ServiceNow solution design and implementation, you will play a vital role in spearheading the development of innovative ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules. Your responsibilities will include supporting the configuration and implementation of these solutions, creating and maintaining forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles, as well as dashboards and reporting.
You will be responsible for designing, creating, and configuring tool integrations with ServiceNow, such as Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka, and coordinating and supporting application and platform upgrades. Additionally, you will work closely with the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
The successful candidate will perform necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational requirements, support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow, and identify trends and patterns in customer data to create a positive customer experience and increase network performance.
You will interact with customers to address technical considerations and associated problems, developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business needs. Troubleshooting and resolving issues, automating tasks, and designing ServiceNow Applications and integration to other applications and platforms are also key responsibilities.
