We believe in applying agile methodologies in all aspects of our business practices and use these methods to ensure effective results for our clients. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IT Service Management.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows and integrations

Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, including ITSM modules
• Experience performing ServiceNow upgrades in a Linux environment
