Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cloud-based systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing technical architecture to meet business needs.
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes.Conduct moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating a variety of information technology tools.Monitor, diagnose, and resolve problems and perform analysis in relation to system configuration in the ServiceNow environment.Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems in an efficient manner with little to no supervision while adhering to proper escalation and change control procedures.Perform incident response and assure services resolution for cloud systems.Perform root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring on various production systems.Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with team members to implement efficiencies.Create and maintain relevant systems documentation and user guides.Monitor status and performance of the systems and configure monitoring systems.Interact with external technology vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.Automate IT administrative tasks using scripting methodologies.Respond timely to user requests for permission changes, configuration, and new Service requests for minor enhancements.Develop systems integrations and process automation. Provide technical support and expertise concerning 3rd Party application integrations.
