Lead ServiceNow Solution Architecture

As a modern technology company, Slalom is seeking a Technical Architect with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and/or SPM experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver ServiceNow strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.

This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT—across lines of business, strategy, and transformation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct and facilitate technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
• Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
