ServiceNow ITAM Developer – Elite ServiceNow Partner. Hybrid (2-3 days a week on site) | London

I am working closely with a high-performing team at one of the UK’s top ServiceNow partners who help drive intelligent asset management solutions for enterprise clients. They're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on ITAM experience who’s ready to make an impact through innovative platform work.

You will be a part of their agile delivery team, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules in ServiceNow. Working closely with solution architects and client stakeholders, you’ll turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions focused on lifecycle transparency, cost control, and compliance.

You will:

• Develop and configure ITAM applications (Hardware, Software, Consumables, etc.)
• Customize data models, business rules, flows, and UI components
• Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM, JAMF, Intune, or other inventory tools
• Collaborate with SAM, CMDB, and ITSM teams to ensure ecosystem alignment
• Maintain platform health, optimize performance, and support version upgrades
• Deliver client workshops and provide technical input during design sessions

You must:

• Strong ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITAM
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle, discovery, reconciliation, and inventory integrations
• Skilled in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST APIs
• Experience working within a regulated or enterprise-scale environment
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITAM, System Administrator, or Developer (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
