ServiceNow UI Builder Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow UI Builder Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder to support various organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements and define UI solutions.
• Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow interfaces and portals.
• Optimize user experience and ensure accessibility and usability standards.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to resolve interface-related issues.
• Provide documentation and training materials to ensure successful adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically UI Builder.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform features, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
