Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, particularly Flow Designer
• Scripting proficiency with PowerShell, Python, and SQL
• Solid understanding of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing
• Experience designing and adopting scalable automation frameworks across UI, backend, and database layers
• Deep knowledge of test automation strategies and REST architectural frameworks
• Integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and Git

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end infrastructure automation solutions using Flow Designer, PowerShell, Python, and SQL
• Create and manage flows, actions, and deployment processes within ServiceNow
• Work across Unix, Windows, network devices, and cloud operations
• Collaborate on business requirements, functional designs, prototyping, and flow mapping
• Handle planning, reporting, quality tracking, and team communications
• Deliver creative automation solutions through strategic process design and execution
