Experience: - 5+ to 10+ Years
Must Have: Service Now Configuration, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Scripting, Workflows, And Integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes such Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
Requirements & Skills
- with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.

Education:
