Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our Delivery Services organization.

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and lead the development team.
• Design technical solutions aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow best practices.
• Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions, and communicate effectively.
• Estimate stories, monitor developer work, and ensure quality delivery.
• Responsible for sprint demos, delivery artifacts, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Work collaboratively with Engagement Manager to monitor scope creep and resolve critical path issues.
• Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products.
• Research technology partner or vendor solutions for integration.
• Contribute to process improvement and maturing of portfolios, capabilities, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Record time accurately and keep calendar up-to-date.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
• 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• At least 1 CIS certification (in addition to CIS-ITSM)
