Role: ServiceNow Sr. Technical lead

Location: Santa Clara – CA – Onsite -Hybrid

Type: Long term contract

Exp: 12+ Years

Rate: $65/hr

Required Skills:

  • Hands on experience on ServiceNow ITOM-Discovery, CMDB and Service Mapping as primary skills.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM & CMDB and creating a CMDB roadmap aligned to CSDM.
  • Understanding of CMDB Best Practices and using them same in creation of data models incorporating information from various sources.
  • Experience in HLD/LLD
  • Must have knowledge of end-to-end implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools.
  • Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
  • Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
  • Estimate workload, dependencies and prioritize user stories for development across the team of developers
  • Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.
  • Ability to co-team with the Technical Team to produce a technical specification document for requirements.
  • Strong desire to maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.
  • Should be able to manage customer and business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders in the project.
  • Creation of approaches to ensure data accuracy, duplicate reduction, and completeness within the CMDB.
  • Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified
