As a ServiceNow Developer at Tietoevry Tech Services Sweden, you will work on implementing and expanding ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HR, and IRM for our customers. You will also be responsible for explaining and presenting new ideas and solutions to our customers, analyzing and resolving production issues, handling code migration, and supporting end-users with queries.

Requirements

• Certification as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience in a ServiceNow developer/support role.
• Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and/or IRM module.
• Good knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Prior experience working with international teams across Europe.
