Location: Maryland

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of development experience in ServiceNow
• Must have hands-on programming experience in JavaScript (especially using ServiceNow Glide APIs, REST API, AJAX, etc.)
• Must have a ServiceNow Certificate (any, CSA, CIS, etc.) and ITIL foundation

Technical and Tool Requirements:

• Hands on experience in, including but not limited to, designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, glide AJAX, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, flow designer, access control list, and transform maps
• Designing cross-platform integrations in ServiceNow using REST calls (incoming and outgoing integrations/webhooks)
• Experience in implementing ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in ServiceNow
