As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering businesses and organizations through automation. Our goal is to facilitate the discovery, implementation, and maintenance of solutions that evolve and mature with the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Our team believes in applying agile methodologies across all aspects of our business practices to ensure effective results for our clients. With a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), you will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and modules
• Performing ServiceNow on-premises upgrades with minimal downtime and system stability
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Maintaining documentation for configurations, customizations, and upgrade procedures Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

• Active Secret security clearance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, including ITSM modules
• Experience performing ServiceNow (or relevant application) on-premises upgrades in a Linux environment Benefits
