Role:Servicenow with Certified Master Architect (CMA) Location:Phoenix, AZ(Onsite) Client:AMEX Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including large-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine.
• Proven experience in architecture and solution design in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and integration tools.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
