The Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst leads projects including interacting with clients to translate functional requirements into technical designs. They collaborate with development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating complex business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Leading ServiceNow projects including facilitating interactions with product owners and end users.
- Maintaining engagement with executive-level clients throughout project phases.
- Collaborating with technical teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Staying current with industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conducting technical assessments and providing recommendations for improving existing implementations.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum five years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Ability to commute to client offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area two to three days per week.
- Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications.
