Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry, with a focus on telecommunication service management. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to streamline telecommunication service management processes. Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Minimum two years of experience in ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM Technical Requirements:
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries, including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with database design and development, including creating and modifying database schemas, writing SQL queries, and optimizing database performance.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including architecture, data model, table and field structures, business rules, workflows, and approvals.
